Then went back in, restaged it, and completely rethought the strategy.

Under contract in less than a week. 👏 Actually, buyer came through an open house (but thats a whole other fun selling story for another day)!

Here’s the thing though. Staging isn’t just making a house look pretty. It’s telling a story. It’s helping buyers see themselves there.

We initially marketed this one as a short-term rental opportunity because of the price point and setup… but the buyer?
